Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined below. Please ensure you review all details before purchasing.

2. Cancellations by the Organizer

If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or an option to attend the rescheduled Event. Notification will be provided via email.

3. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the Event cancellation notice. No refunds will be provided for tickets purchased within 3 days of the Event.

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without the prior written consent of the Event organizers. Unauthorized transfers may result in denial of entry.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

6. Force Majeure

The Event organizers are not liable for refunds or compensations in case of a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
