By purchasing a ticket to Bharatconnect (the "Event"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase a ticket.
Tickets for the Event are sold subject to availability. All purchases are final, and tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applicable on every ticket sale, and the total amount charged will include GST as per the applicable rate.
The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, and venue. In the event of a major change, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.
All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited. The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with our terms.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all venue rules and regulations. The Event organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who is disruptive or in violation of the Event rules without a refund.
The Event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the Event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Visitors below 16 years of age are not allowed.
